LucianVesper11 was born in Seattle, Washington, on January 18, (Classified Year). At a young age, he showed a very Ekaterina-Like brain, and got very high grades through school, until Amy and Dan won the Clue Hunt, when he decided to use the Cahill database to find out what branch he really was in. It turned out to be Lucian. He was disgusted, as he hated the cunning Lucian branch, so he went off on his own, and found Führer Nilem12. Nilem showed him the ways of the second Vesper generation, and after the very harsh training, he finally became Vesper 5, while his training partner, Jai (now known as Razorvoid13), became Vesper 6. This was the beginning of a friendly rivalry (which did not start off well, I shall add). He began moving up the council, and then, finally, after years of hard work, he became V3, after his old friend and mentor, LV09 (the previous V3), left the Vespers for a more peaceful life. With the position of V3, LV11 became the commander of the German-Vesper Army, otherwise known as The Vesper Devision of Bundeswehr, which controlled 80% of the world at his time of commandership. He completed many missions, was the leader of the Vesper Interrogation Society, and successfully captured, interrogated, tortured, and killed Amy and Dan Cahill. After Nilem12 left, Razorvoid became discontent with Nilem's leadership, and created his own 3rd generation of Vespers. Razorvoid let LV11 keep his rank of V3, which he is content with. He knows all of the clues, but knows not to drink the completed serum, even though he has drunk the Lucian, Ekat, and Tomas serums.
